At the final Enduro World Cup round in Morillon, France, AON Racing’s Vid Persak faced four days of extreme heat, loose conditions and eight stages totaling more than 40 minutes of timed racing. He emerged with an impressive P14 overall and a top-10 stage result.
Underneath him throughout it all were Reynolds Blacklabel 309/307 Enduro wheels.
The mixed-profile setup combines a 309 front and 307 rear, creating a wheel system developed around the distinct demands placed on each end of an enduro bike. It is a philosophy centered not simply on making a wheel fast or light, but on balancing performance, control and the durability necessary to withstand world-level racing.
Morillon offered plenty of opportunity to test that philosophy. Loose terrain, repeated impacts and stage after stage of racing demand equipment capable of maintaining its performance deep into the weekend. As Vid noted, “It was good to see I can perform well on all different stages and terrains.” His wheels needed to do exactly the same.

For Reynolds, that is what performance means. Not simply speed when everything is perfect, but repeatable performance, ride after ride and stage after stage, when the terrain and conditions are anything but.
Vid’s P14 in Morillon closes the World Cup season with another strong result and another reminder that durability does not have to come at the expense of performance.
